The public is invited to attend and participate in a

Public Forum regarding the proposed

Home Rule Charter at 1:00 p.m., January 8, 2009 at City Hall.

Horseshoe Bay Streets

The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners’ Association has made a proposal to the City whereby the City would assume responsibility for maintenance of the streets in the HSB POA and certain other matters as detailed in the proposal.  The City Council will evaluate the proposal over the next few weeks and would appreciate citizen input.  It is the intention of the City Council to complete these agreements in early 2009.
