Welcome to the City of Horseshoe Bay Human Resources Department web site. It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to develop, implement and support programs and processes that add value to the City of Horseshoe Bay and its employees in the accomplishment of the City’s mission.
The Human Resources Department has the responsibility of ensuring that the City’s human resources business is conducted in a manner that is compliant with state and federal rules and regulations. Human Resources contributions to the overall effectiveness of the City’s operations include:
- Policy development and interpretation
- Recruiting and selection
- Employee relations
- Training and employee development
- Compensation and benefits
- Payroll & Employee Records Maintenance
- Drug & Alcohol Testing Administration
- Employee Safety and Risk Management
