Administration

Responsibilities:
The responsibility of Administration staff is to ensure the resources needed to provide Departmental services at levels expected by Horseshoe Bay customers, are in place and performing as required. Planning and oversight of the infrastructure, equipment, and human resource assets requires flexibility and a great deal of multitasking skills. The Community Services Administration Department  responsibilities include:

  • Regulatory accountability of the City’s water, sewer, and solid waste
  • Responsible for professionalism of Customer Services
  • Development and management of utility rate and system hydraulic modeling
  • Planning and expenditure oversight of six service cost centers
  • Capital Improvement Project planning, budgeting and construction management
  • Review and oversight of Developer infrastructure planning and construction
  • Develop and manage City’s Computer Information Server Systems and GIS program
  • Lead employee relations, motivation and performance evaluations
