The Horseshoe Bay Citizen of the Year 2019 Award Ceremony event will be held by the Horseshoe Bay Business Alliance on December 3, 2019 at 4:30pm at Quail Point. The Citizen of the Year is a HSB citizen who exemplifies the ‘best-of-the-best’ in terms of giving their time and/or talents; the Movers and/or Shakers in our community who perhaps get overlooked or who don’t register as a ‘blip’ of the radar screen in the busy-ness of our day-to-day lives here in our little sliver of paradise.
