Public Hearing Regarding Planned Development Ordinance for The Parks at Horseshoe Bay

The Horseshoe Bay Planning & Zoning Commission at its January 3rd meeting voted to continue their discussion and action to their February 7, 2017 meeting on a recommendation to City Council regarding The Parks at Horseshoe Bay Planned Development.  The meeting will begin at 3:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1 Community Drive.  A revised Concept Plan has been submitted to the City along with the Planned Development Ordinance and the private Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for the project.  Copies of these documents are available for inspection at the City Development Services office at City Hall during normal business hours.  Anyone wishing to comment regarding the Parks project may do so by contacting Jessica Noaker at 830-598-9959 any time prior to the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting or by signing up to speak at the beginning of the meeting.

The second required public hearing will NOT be held at the February 21, 2017 Regular City Council meeting. The applicant did not place public hearing notices in the newspapers or mail notices as required by the City’s public notice deadlines.  Therefore, that required public hearing will not happen before the March 21, 2017 regular City Council meeting.   If the public hearing is to be held at that Council meeting, public hearing notices will be published and mailed as required.
