[ARCHIVED] ESSENTIAL WATER USE ONLY IS REQUESTED

Water Conservation is needed in Horseshoe Bay at this time.  The continued PEC electrical supply issues are impacting the Water Treatment Plants' ability to produce water resulting in low water availability.   We are asking our customers to be very conservative with the use of water so we can continue to provide essential water needs until electrical power to the Water Treatment Plants is stabilized.  Slow faucet dripping is still recommended, however limiting household use to drinking and cooking needs is required to ensure continued water supply.  The City staff is working continuously to do everything feasible to produce water during this unprecedented event.

If you experience loss of water, please contact the Utility Department at (830) 598-8741 and follow the prompts.  Please understand we are currently extremely limited in travel and with staff.  Your patience is appreciated.

Thank you for your support and assistance.  City of Horseshoe Bay Utility Department
