1. Why is my tank over flowing and my Red Light is NOT on?

If the tank is overflowing and your light never came on that typically means that the grinder panel is experiencing a power loss. 

Please call the City Office, available 24/7, at 830-598-8741 and report the overflow. Please have an individual available at the residence who can operate the electrical breakers inside your home or business.

2. Why is my Red Light on?

The red light belongs to the grinder sewer system that serves your residence or business.  

If the light is on this indicates that your grinder system is not currently functioning correctly and needs maintenance.  Please call the City Office, available 24/7, at 830-598-8741 and report the light to prevent overflow as the tank has limited capacity.
