1. I am a new resident. How do I setup utility services?

New accounts for utility services are established by completing an Application for Utility Service and paying the Security Deposit of $200. You may obtain your application at City Hall, 1 Community Drive next to the primary Fire Station on FM 2147 or complete the application available online (PDF).

2. How do I sign-up for WaterSmart?

The City offers a leak alert program through Watersmart that will notify residents when a possible leak is detected and where residents can get detailed information about their household water use.
