Description

A Red Flag Warning is in effect this afternoon and evening, and will be in effect once again on Thursday afternoon and evening. Weather conditions will continue to be conducive to the rapid spread of fires. Please use extreme caution with any outdoor activities with flames or that could cause a spark and inadvertently start a wildfire! We have seen an increase in fires that are difficult to control this past week. Learn more about wildfire risk reduction at http://firewise.org.
Avoid outdoor burning and any other activity that could lead to a wildfire. Learn more about wildfire risk reduction at https://www.weather.gov/ewx/. HSB BURN BAN STATUS: IN EFFECT - NO BURNING.
  • Please take precaution when barbecuing and wet the ground around your pit
  • Take extra care when mowing not to hit any rocks and spark a fire
  • Please ensure your trailer chains are secured and not dragging on the pavement causing sparks
  • PLEASE CONTACT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SEE SMOKE OR FIRE
