Oak Wilt Disease Management Reminder

Please note that the maintenance of all oak trees, including pruning and trimming, is prohibited February 1st through June 30th per City Ordinance. If you have damaged trees from recent bad weather that must be pruned for safety reasons contact the office of Development Services 830-598-9959 prior to pruning or cutting after January 31, 2024.  Spray all oak tree wounds and cuts with paint immediately to protect your trees from Oak Wilt Disease.
