The Land Use and Development Advisory Committee (LUDAC) wants to thank all of the residents who took our survey. We want to share with you what you told us, and the next steps of our committee’s work.

Austin Powder will be blasting at the Summit Rock Club House location throughout August. Flagman are scheduled during blasts on Summit Blvd. and in constant radio contact with blasting company. During blasting, Summit Blvd. will be closed for a maximum of 15 minutes.

Maximum Road Closure Time 15 Minutes.
