Celebrating 20 Years of Community Excellence 

As Horseshoe Bay marks its 20th anniversary as a city, we invite you to be part of a landmark celebration and legacy project that will benefit our community for generations to come. In commemoration of this milestone, we are developing a scenic walking trail at our City Center that will serve as both a recreational resource and a tribute to those who have helped shape our special community. 

Your Opportunity to Leave a Lasting Legacy 

We are seeking community-minded businesses and individuals to support this meaningful project through our sponsorship program. Your sponsorship helps fund both our anniversary celebration events and the construction of the walking trail, which will be accessible to all residents and visitors. 

Sponsorship Levels for the Celebration Trail 

We offer several sponsorship opportunities named after Texas' beautiful native flora and fauna: 

• Bluebonnet Boulevard ($3,000 and above) 
  • Premium placement on the walking trail entrance plaque 
  • Recognition on City of Horseshoe Bay website (company logo and website) 
• Live Oak Lane ($2,000-$2,999) 
  • Prominent placement on walking trail junction plaque 
  • Recognition on City of Horseshoe Bay website (company logo and website) 
• Pecan Path ($1,000-$1,999) 
  • Placement on plaque along the walking trail 
  • Recognition on City of Horseshoe Bay website (company logo and website) 
• Butterfly Trail ($500-$999) 
  • Name inclusion on community supporter plaque 
  • Recognition on City of Horseshoe Bay website (company name and website) 

Individual Donor Recognition

Please note that recognition is available for individual donors as well. Individual donor names will also be included on the plaques placed on the walking trail. Dedications/messages on the plaque may be shortened due to space constraints. Dedications by individual donors should be emailed to Communications Director Cindee Sharp. Donor names will be included on the website and may also include a dedication (honorarium or memorial) or other message. 

Submit Your Sponsorship Application by December 31

Please complete the application linked below to become a sponsor and submit it to Communications Director Cindee Sharp by December 31, 2025. Please note: Your sponsorship may be tax-deductible. Please consult with your CPA or tax adviser. The City of Horseshoe Bay is a municipality/governmental unit under IRS Code Section 170(c)(1). Our Tax ID is 87-0758150.
