On Wednesday, March 18, 2020, the Development Services Lobby at City Hall will be closed as a precautionary measure. For all building permit and rezoning or plat applications, and all map submittals, please use the map file holder that is located on the front porch of the front entrance to City Hall. For all Development Services payment transactions, please use the utility bill Drop Box in the City Hall parking lot, pay with a credit card by phone, or pay by mail. For questions, or to pay by credit card, call 830-598-9959 during normal business hours. We will notify you when the lobby reopens.
