It has been brought to our attention that someone is calling our residents and attempting to solicit funds for the Horseshoe Bay Fire Department. This person has stated that they can accept a credit card right over the phone. This attempt is not associated with the City of Horseshoe Bay nor the Horseshoe Bay Fire Department.
Please stay keenly aware of your surroundings and who is soliciting information or payment from you. Do not give your credit card number out over the phone, to someone you do not know, or in any situation that makes you uncomfortable. If you receive one of these phone calls please contact the:
