The City of Horseshoe Bay will celebrate Drinking Water Week with a series of speakers at City Hall May 10.
The American Water Works Association started drinking water week 40 years ago as a time to reflect on our
water resources and for water systems and the public to get to know each other better.
With a theme of “Protecting the Source,” this year’s focus is maintaining the quality of water in our lakes,
streams and aquifers from which we draw our raw water.
